We are American's and we must be able to defend our citizens anywhere in the world against any threatening people group. American or not, we believe in a free society and free democratic republic. America needs to wake up and smell the coffee because we are roasting our own people overseas. Bowing down to dictators and irreverently dissing the country that promotes freedom for every nation is an abomination to everyone who says the pledge of allegiance. We must be able to defend out citizens against rogue Somalie pirates or one of our REAL enemies will threaten the civility of each of our citizens. The terrorists are watching America, just which America do you want them to see?

Last I checked we rescued the captain of the ship and none of our men where injured, sounds like we stood up for ourselves then. It is not America's right to force our views onto other countries. While it may seem like the right thing to stand of for the individual rights of every citizen in the world, the truth is any country should run their country the way they please as long as they are not attacking another country. Instead of trying to make Irag a democracy, we should have just taken it as the 51st state and done how we please. Instead we drop billions of dollars into a nation, that once America leaves, will eventually collapse back into the third world nation it is.
ReplyDeleteSo basically you are saying that the deaths of thousands and even millions of people within one country is not reason enough for America to stop the violence. And because they are not Americans their deaths are not on our hands? Give me a break freedom is for every individual and it has to be fought for. America has the resources and the drive to initiate freedom for every individual and thus when senseless violence is occurring it is our duty to protect the innocence of the individual and their right to life.
ReplyDeleteOn the pirates issue the pirates were teenagers, sounds like Obama made the right choice in killing three teenagers of muslim faith? We did not force our views onto them, their views were forced on us when they took over the ship and captured the captain and then we took a stand and defeated them. Geez have a little bit of American partiotism will you?
In whose country are they innocent? Maybe if there was guerilla warefare going on in America and Americans were being hurt then we should do something. If you had your own country you would be allowed to do whatever you wanted to do. Just because we live in a free society and have benefited from it that does not mean we have to go pushing into every country trying to change centuries of the way things are. America should would worry more about itself at this point then continuing to try to make other countries see it Americas way.
